Whispers of Winter
In winter's hush, the world stands still, A silken cloak on every hill. The breath of frost, a ballerina's glide, Dancing softly where shadows bide. Branches weave a lace so fine, Crystals shimmer in moonlit line. Silence deep, like secrets shared, In this stillness, hearts are bared. Snowflakes whisper as they fall, A tender, gentle, quiet call. To rest and dream, to pause our race, In winter's arms, we find our grace.
Nourishing Rain
In spring’s embrace, the droplets fall, A rhythmic dance, nature's gentle call. Awakening buds with a soothing sigh, Each rain-kissed petal begins to fly. The earth inhales, a fragrant thrill, As puddles gather on the windowsill. Life stirs softly beneath the gray, In tender whispers, they find their way. Roots drink deep from the lover’s tears, Quenching thirst, dissolving fears. In every splash, a promise made, Of blooms unfurling in light and shade. So let the rain, in soft cascades, Nurture the dreams that spring invades. With every storm that clears the sky, The world transforms, learning to fly.
