Whispers in the Silence
In the hush of dawn, my spirit bows low,
Fasting from voices, where quiet winds blow.
Each heartbeat a prayer, each breath a soft sigh,
Whispers of faith on the edge of the sky.
I surrender my troubles, my worries, my fears,
In the stillness, I listen, the truth draws near.
Closeness with Jesus, in shadows, I find,
The light of devotion, a peace intertwined.
Through moments of absence, His presence I feel,
In the depth of my silence, His love is revealed.
With each passing hour, my heart beats anew,
Fasting, I'm feasting on grace ever true.
In Open Reverence
Hands lifted high, like branches sway,
In fervent prayer, we seek His way.
Hearts open wide, a sacred plea,
In fasting stillness, we long to be free.
Voices whisper in the holy night,
In devotion’s glow, we find our light.
Through trials faced, and shadows cast,
With Jesus near, our bond shall last.
Each breath we take, a step towards grace,
In prayerful haste, we seek His face.
Together we rise, in unity's embrace,
Closer we draw, in this sacred space.
Whispers of the Heart
In silence deep, my spirit kneels,
A hunger born, the heart reveals.
With every breath, in prayer I dwell,
The sacred text, my longing's bell.
The words of life, like rivers flow,
They guide my steps, they help me grow.
In fasting's grace, my soul takes flight,
Each whispered prayer ignites the night.
Oh Jesus, draw me ever near,
In devotion pure, calms every fear.
With every verse, your love's embrace,
In holy stillness, I seek your face.
