Tango of Choices
In the theater of doubt, where shadows play,
Heart beats a rhythm, a wild ballet.
The mind holds its ground, with logic erect,
While passion twists close, in a soft introspect.
One whispers in warmth, in the glow of desire,
The other, a sentinel, doused in reason's fire.
They dance in the twilight, a waltz through the mist,
Each step a decision, each pause a missed chance.
To follow the heart, or to heed what is wise?
A tango of choices, where neither complies.
With each turn of the world, as the moments advance,
They twirl in the struggle, lost in the dance.
Paths of Choice
Two paths diverge in quiet woods,
Where whispers dance on leaves of green;
One leads to brighter sunlit hoods,
The other cloaked in mystery's sheen.
The first sings soft of joy and hope,
Of laughter shared and dreams in flight;
While shadows stretch, the second's scope,
Holds secrets wrapped in velvet night.
To choose a path is to invoke
The heart's own fear, the mind's own scheme,
Each step a woven thread of smoke,
That drifts away like morning's dream.
So linger not, nor fret your fate,
For every choice, a story weaves;
Embrace what’s yours, both small and great,
In quiet woods, the heart believes.
Paths Unwritten
Upon the fork where shadows blend,
Two trails diverge, where whispers send.
Each step, a brush on life's vast page,
Each choice unfolds a different stage.
To chase the sun or dance with night,
Both paths aglow, both steeped in light.
A heart that wanders blooms with dreams,
While futures weave like silver streams.
So choose with care, for stories flow,
From every choice, new worlds will grow.
A tapestry of hopes and fears,
In threads of joy and woven tears.
