Ophelia's Lament
In the shadowed glade where lilies weep, She dances with whispers of dreams that creep. A sigh laced with echoes of love’s sweet caress, Yet heavy the heart that knows such distress. The waters reflect a past bittersweet, A fading embrace in the throes of defeat. With petals that float on the currents of time, Each moment a heartbeat, a longing, a rhyme. Diagnosis of sorrow, the art of the pain, Where hearts turn to stone as they seek to remain. Oh, Ophelia’s spirit, a ghost in the stream, Drifts mournful yet gentle, the thread of a dream.
Whispers of Ophelia
In waters deep where shadows lie, A tangled heart, a silent sigh. Madness blooms in silent gale, Her beauty draped in veils of pale. Petals float on whispers lost, A delicate dance, a chilling frost. In despair’s embrace, she finds her peace, In the depths of sorrow, her spirit does cease.
Echoes of Ophelia
In shadows deep where waters sigh, Where lilies drift and dreams do lie, A heart once bound to love’s sweet grace, Now wanders lost in time and space. With whispered cries of fate's cruel hand, She drifts along the somber strand, Each ripple holds a memory bright, Now dimmed beneath the cloak of night. The echoes of her laughter fade, In twilight's grasp, her hopes betrayed, Yet still they dance, those murmurs clear, Of love entwined with grief and fear. Oh Ophelia, in sorrow's bloom, What dreams resound within this tomb? For every tear that graces thy cheek, The heart laments what words can't speak.
