Whispers in the Glow
In the mausoleum, shadows glide,
Flickering torchlight spills wide,
Ghostly figures dance and sway,
Among the stones where memories lay.
Echoes of laughter, whispers of woe,
Tilted beams cast a spectral show,
Faces in darkness, eyes softly gleam,
Haunting the silence, lost in a dream.
Through the chill of the twilight air,
Forgotten souls with tales to share,
In every flicker, a story unfolds,
In the torchlight’s embrace, the past beholds.
Flickers in the Dark
In the mausoleum's solemn embrace,
Flickering flames find their place,
Dancing shadows upon cold stone,
Whispering secrets of the unknown.
Marble guardians, silent and proud,
Beneath the torchlight, memories loud,
Each flicker a tale, a life once bright,
Now woven softly in the cloak of night.
Eternal echoes, the past entwined,
With every flicker, a soul defined,
In the glow, their stories weave,
A tapestry of love and grief weaved.
Amongst the flickering, we find our peace,
As flames linger, our thoughts increase,
In this sacred space where shadows roam,
The heart remembers, and the light feels like home.
