Dreams in Scaffolding
Between the beams of steel and wood,
Dreams rise like towers, they really should.
In layers of plaster, with vision and spark,
Each heartbeat a blueprint, igniting the dark.
Hopes tangled in lattice, awaiting a chance,
To dance with the sun in a jubilant prance.
Promises rise steady, from mud to the sky,
In the weight of ambition, we dare to fly.
But loose are the bolts, and raw are the seams,
In the storm of our thoughts, we cradle our dreams.
Knowing it's messy, this stage of in-between,
Yet beauty thrives here—it's real and it's keen.
So bring on the hammers, the heartbeats, the toil,
For futures are forged in the sweat of the soil.
In this workshop of wishes, where shadows break free,
Each promise a cornerstone, a vision to be.
Building Verses
In corners bright, where chaos breeds,
Fragments gather, whispering needs.
Words like bricks, laying the ground,
In half-formed thoughts, our muse is found.
Each line a beam, rough-hewn and true,
Shadows dance as dreams break through.
Layered stories begin to blend,
Under construction, where journeys bend.
Art in the making, a scaffolded heart,
Imperfect beauty, the artist's part.
In the rubble, creation sings,
As we forge foundations, unseen things.
Echoes of Creation
Underneath the skeletal beams,
Stanzas framed with dreams,
Echoes of workmen's chatter,
Brick by brick, what matters?
Nails driven in with rhythmic grace,
Each hammer's strike, a measured pace,
Words like nails, they pierce the air,
Building visions, layer by layer.
In the dust, the heartbeats thrum,
As laughter mingles with the drum
Of saws and drills and whispered schemes,
Crafting poems from the seams.
Here in this transient space,
We etch our thoughts to leave a trace,
Under construction, a work of art,
A tapestry woven from the heart.
