Breath of the Storm
In the stillness just before the roar, The sky darkens, a blanket of lore. Thunder whispers secrets, soft and low, As raindrops tap, the earth's gentle woe. Each drop a dancer, a shimmering light, No longer waiting, they plunge from height. The soil awakens, rich and alive, In storm’s embrace, the wild things thrive. Puddles reflect the tempest's embrace, Mirrored chaos in liquid grace. The trees sway, a mournful sigh, As the storm sings ballads to the sky. And when the fury begins to wane, The world is reborn, softer, unchained. In every puddle, every sigh, The storm's breath lingers, a lullaby.
Lullabies of the Storm
Raindrops dance on windowpanes, Soft whispers weave through darkened lanes, The night is thick with tempest's tune, A lullaby beneath the moon. Gloomy shadows paint the streets, As thunder rolls, the heartbeats meet, Each droplet sings of tales untold, Of secrets in the night, so bold. Clouds embrace, a shroud of grey, Yet in their grasp, my worries sway, For in this storm, I find my peace, As nature's cry bids fears to cease.
Whispers of the Storm
In the heart of tempest's roar, Soft murmurs weave through shadows' lore, A quilt of whispers, warm and tight, Embraces souls on stormy night. Rain taps gently on windowpanes, A rhythm sways the heart's refrains, Thunder dances, wild and free, Yet comfort blooms, like roots of a tree. Outside, the dark clouds swirl and fight, But within, a hearth gleams bright, Each sigh, each lull, a tender guide, Through chaos fierce, love will abide.
