Serenade of Sahur
Amidst the city's hushed embrace, The streetlights flicker, soft and pale, Whispers of dawn begin to trace, A promise held in night-time's veil. Each corner dreams, a still delight, As distant echoes start to fade, The world awaits the break of light, In stillness, reverence is laid. From every window, scents of spice, A dance of flavors, pure and bright, In quiet moments, hearts entice, To gather strength for morning's flight. The stars may fade, yet here we'll stay, In shadows deep, we've found our way.
Spices at Dawn
In the hush of morning's breath, A kitchen stirs, the world at rest, Warmth of spices, life and zest, Beneath the stars, from dreams we’re blessed. Cardamom whispers, cumin sighs, Rosemary dances as the sun will rise, Garlic golden, in oil it fries, Sahur's magic, a feast for the eyes. The kettle hums, a soothing tune, Steaming cups, a sip of June, In this quiet, we find our boon, Together at dawn, our hearts attune.
Awakened Hearts
In the hush of dawn's embrace, Warm tea whispers, 'slow your pace.' Steaming cups, a tender start, Sipping slow, we warm our heart. The quiet night begins to wane, As daylight calls, we rise again. In the calm, our spirits lift, Each sip a gentle, grateful gift. Through the stillness, dreams now fade, In shared moments, bonds are made. Hearts awaken, soft and clear, In the warmth of love, we hold each dear.
