The streetlights flicker, soft and pale,
Whispers of dawn begin to trace,
A promise held in night-time's veil.
Each corner dreams, a still delight,
As distant echoes start to fade,
The world awaits the break of light,
In stillness, reverence is laid.
From every window, scents of spice,
A dance of flavors, pure and bright,
In quiet moments, hearts entice,
To gather strength for morning's flight.
The stars may fade, yet here we'll stay,
