Twilight Whispers
In twilight's soft and tender glow, Where shadows dance and secrets flow, Whispers linger on the breeze, A serenade amongst the trees. Golden hues wrap the fading light, Two hearts entwined, lost in the night, Promises made in a hushed refrain, Love's echo calls, a sweet, sweet pain. Stars awaken, their eyes like fire, Each twinkle a wish, each breath a desire, In this embrace, where silence reigns, We carve our names through joy and pain. So let us dream till the dawn appears, Whispers of love dissolve our fears, In twilight's arms, forever we'll sway, Two souls united, come what may.
Chasing Shadows
In the golden fade of evening’s breath, Roy Woods wanders, seeking what’s left. Whispers of twilight dance in the air, Chasing shadows, they flicker and flare. Soft are the echoes of dreams long past, As twilight lingers, the moments are cast. Each step unwinds the threads of the night, In the glow of dusk, the shadows take flight. Fleeting and fragile, they fade with the sun, Stories of solace and battles once won. With every heartbeat, he captures their grace, In the dusk’s warm embrace, he finds his place.
