Colors of Silence
What colors paint the silence, still,
Where whispers dance on air like light?
A canvas stretched by nature's will,
In twilight's hue and starry night.
Is there a shade of deepest blue,
That holds the secrets of the deep?
Or gentle greens that softly strew,
With memories we dare to keep?
Perhaps a golden brush of dawn,
That breaks the stillness with its song,
To warm the heart and greet the fawn,
Where silence wraps us all along.
So tell me, what hues cradle peace,
In moments when the world feels right,
For in each shade, may joys increase,
As silence wears its colors bright.
Whispers of Light
In twilight's tender grasp they play,
These shadows that dance at end of day.
They stretch and curl, with whispers slight,
Recounting tales of once-drenched light.
Each fleeting flicker, a thought held dear,
A memory woven from bright and clear,
They chase the glow, yet never touch,
Holding echoes of warmth, they long for such.
In corners dark, they quietly dwell,
Guardians of secrets, they weave and tell,
With every pulse, their forms take flight,
Shadows remember the embrace of light.
Whispers of the Wind
What if the wind could speak, my dear,
Would it share the secrets that it holds near?
Would it tell of the mountains, tall and grand,
Or of the quiet moments on the golden sand?
Would it carry tales of lovers in flight,
Of laughter that dances in soft moonlight?
Would it sing of storms, of tempest's might,
Or hum a sweet tune that lingers in night?
What if the wind could share its dreams,
Of weaving through trees and babbling streams?
Would it breathe life into forgotten lore,
Or whisper the wishes from shore to shore?
