Flicker in the Shadows
In the depths where silence clings,
And hope's flame barely flickers bright,
Eyes search for sparks on whispered wings,
Yearning for dawn to end the night.
Chains of sorrow, heavy and cold,
Press down where dreams and courage lie,
Yet through the darkness, stories unfold,
As long as hearts keep asking why.
With every glance, a plea to see,
A glimmer of change, a fire to ignite,
For in the shrouds of despair, we’ll be,
The sparks that conquer the endless night.
A Thousand Cries Unheard
In shadows deep, where silence reigns,
A thousand cries pierce through the chains.
Voices blend in a mournful hum,
Futures dimmed, but hope won’t succumb.
Underneath the weight of sighs,
The will to rise is never guise.
Hands once bound will break the night,
Relentless hearts ignite the fight.
For every tear that stains the ground,
A seed of justice yet is found.
With strength united, we’ll reclaim,
A world reborn, free from the blame.
