Paw Prints in Winter
In silent fields where fresh snow lies,
Paw prints dance ‘neath winter skies.
Each paw a tale, a memory dear,
A wagging tail that once was near.
Through frosty air the echoes roam,
Of playful barks, of love at home.
Though time may pass and shadows fall,
In heart's warm glow, we keep it all.
With every step, a gentle sigh,
As we recall those times gone by.
New Year whispers, soft and clear,
In frozen woods, they still are here.
Whispers of Midnight
On New Year's night, when stars are bright,
Silent barks echo, a strange delight.
Children giggle, while shadows creep,
Through the dark, where memories leap.
Paws patter softly on the frosty ground,
In whispers of love, their hearts are found.
For every wag and every tear,
A bond that lingers, year after year.
The moonlight cradles the dreams we share,
For children and dogs, who still care.
In the midnight hush, as fireworks gleam,
They chase the echoes of a joyful dream.
Whispers of Hope
In the stillness of the night,
Candles flicker, soft and bright.
They dance with shadows, whispers near,
Echoes of laughter, love, and cheer.
For those we've lost, a gentle smile,
Their memories linger, though for a while.
Dogs by our side, in the midnight glow,
Tail wags and warmth, they help us know.
New Year’s dawn brings both joy and tears,
In tender moments, we release our fears.
Each flame a wish, a lantern of light,
Leading our hearts through the quiet night.
