A Festival of Bounty
In fields of gold where sunbeams play,
The fruit of labor bursts in sway.
With laughter bright, the harvest sings,
A dance of joy that nature brings.
Grapes entwined in hands so small,
Baskets overflow, a sumptuous haul.
The air, alive with scents so sweet,
As friends and family gather to greet.
Corn stalks sway like whispered dreams,
Beneath the sun’s warm, golden beams.
With hearts aglow, we raise our cheer,
In gratitude for all that's here.
So let the wine flow, let stories spill,
A toast to life and its wondrous thrill.
In this rich tapestry, we find our place,
Harvesting joy, and love’s embrace.
Whispers of Ruins
In twilight's glow, where shadows play,
Ancient stones in silence lay,
Cradling tales of lovers' sighs,
And dreams that danced 'neath endless skies.
A sepulcher of time long past,
La Dolce Vita, a love so vast,
Echoes linger, soft yet bold,
In whispers of the heart's own gold.
Each crumbling arch, each weathered wall,
Holds secrets waiting, to enthrall,
With every breeze that stirs the night,
The ruins breathe of lost delight.
So wander here where passions blend,
And let the spirits of love send
You back through ages, rich and wide,
In ancient ruins, time's sweet tide.
Melting Dreams
In summer's grasp, I hold a scoop,
A swirl of colors, creamy loop.
Gelato drips like fleeting time,
Sweetened whispers, rhythm and rhyme.
Warm hands cradle a chilly delight,
Each taste a dance in golden light.
Moments melt, yet joy remains,
As laughter mingles with sugar rains.
The world slows down, a velvet scene,
With every bite, a taste unseen.
La Dolce Vita in every glance,
In melting moments, we find our chance.
