Gravity's Dance
Raindrops race on silver threads,
In the swift embrace of gravity, they shed.
Tumbling from clouds in a swift descent,
Nature's symphony, a drumming event.
Each droplet gleams like a fleeting chance,
In the air they whirl, in a watery dance.
Falling with purpose as if they know,
Their journey is fleeting, like all things below.
They splatter on pavement in fervent release,
Painting the earth with a moment of peace.
Gravity's call, a relentless tide,
In the rhythm of rain, we find joy to abide.
Lunar Lullaby
Beneath a velvet sky so wide,
Where silver beams of moonlight glide,
The ocean stirs, the tides arise,
In whispered notes of gravity's sighs.
Moonlit waters, soft and bright,
Dance like dreams in the still of night,
A secret song on a tranquil sea,
Gravity’s pull, a mystery.
Each wave a heartbeat, rhythmic and true,
In harmony with the cosmos' hue,
The silver tides, they ebb and flow,
In lunar light, their treasures glow.
So listen close, beneath the stars,
To gravity's whispers from afar,
A lullaby sung by night’s embrace,
In moonlit tides, find your place.
