Whispers in a Bowl
In crystal glass, a world confined, Where sunlight dances, rays entwined. Goldfish glide, in dazzling swirls, Each flicker’s tale, a secret unfurls. Beneath the warmth of morning’s kiss, The surface shimmers, a fleeting bliss. In bubbles trapped, hopes rise and fall, A liquid dream, within these walls. Around they twirl, in gilded glow, A tranquil life, beneath the flow. Yet outside waits a vast expanse, While sunlight beckons with a chance.
Waves Beyond Glass
In a glassy dome where ripples play, A goldfish dreams of a vast ballet. Beyond the rim, where blue meets sky, Whispers of oceans beckon and sigh. With gills that shimmer, heart aglow, It swims in circles, longing to go. Each flick of tail, a secret wish, For currents that dance, for swells to swish. Oh, to leap from this watery clasp, Through coral gardens, where wonders grasp! But here in the bowl, it sways in trance, As waves of freedom weave a daring dance.
