Kite Clash in the Sky
Up in the air, where the kites take flight,
Chasing the wind, oh what a sight!
Each vibrant banner, a colorful cheer,
But only one tree’s shadow knows the fear.
A gust ran wild; what a twist of fate,
Strings tangled fiercely in a thunderous gait.
With laughter and shouts, the flyers unite,
But soon one by one, they'd take on the height.
Last kite standing, a proud little flier,
A champion now, the star of the choir.
While the others descend in a flurry of grace,
It dances alone, the pride of the space!
With a flick and a dip, it claims the grand prize,
A heart full of joy, beneath sunny skies.
For in every battle of wind, string, and time,
The last kite will twirl, in a rhythm sublime.
Kite-flying Capers
Upon the hillside, what a sight!
A sea of colors in the light.
With silly hats perched high and proud,
Kite flyers dance, a giggling crowd.
One hat is shaped like a giant fish,
Another’s a taco—oh, what a wish!
With every gust, the laughter soars,
As kites do flips and daring roars.
Up, up they go, in joyous flight,
Wobbling clouds, what a pure delight!
Each string a thread to dreams alight,
Kite-flying capers, hearts igniting bright.
Kite Fiasco
Up in the sky, so bright and so bold,
A colorful kite with a story untold.
It danced with the wind, a joyous affair,
Till a sudden gust sent it tumbling through air.
With giggles and gasps, we watched it dive,
Crashing down near a beehive alive!
The bees took offense, oh what a sight,
As we burst into laughter, our hearts took flight.
Kite tails tangled in branches up high,
Like a mischievous cat caught in a lie.
Yet with every crash, just one thing is clear:
Laughter fills the air, always drawing us near.
