Whispers of the Deep
The ocean's roar echoes, a thunderous sigh, Ancient tales drifting like ghost ships on waves, Each crest a whisper, each trough a shiver, Beneath the vast sky where horizons collide. With the salt of tears from mariners long passed, It cradles the secrets of sunken cities, Coral palaces gleaming like jewels in twilight, Where time wears a crown made of seashells and dreams. Clouds bow down, listening intently, As the wind weaves through the tangled hair of seaweed, With each salty breath, it dances in whispers, And the tides, like storytellers, ebb and flow. In the embrace of twilight, shadows grow long, The ocean sighs its symphony, wild and free, Under the watchful gaze of the moon’s silver eye, Carrying the weight of forgotten stories across eternity.
Guardians of the Horizon
Mountains stand guard, ancient sentinels of time, Their rocky faces etched with whispers of the wind, Cloaked in veils of mist, like dreamers lost in thought, They cradle the secrets of ages, their peaks kissed by the sun. Rivers, like silver ribbons, weave through their embrace, Glorious waterfalls cascade, laughter echoing loud, As trees, arms outstretched, stretch toward cerulean skies, And valleys, soft as whispers, cradle stories untold. The sun dips low, a painter’s brush dipped in gold, While shadows stretch long, dancing to twilight’s song, Each mountain, a guardian, steadfast against time’s tide, Ever watchful, ever wise, standing proud, never wronged.
A Fleeting Goodbye
The sun kisses the horizon, A fleeting goodbye, soft as a whisper, Its golden arms stretch wide, Embracing the world in warmth. Clouds blush in the fading light, Cotton candy dreams painted across the sky, While shadows dance like memories, Fading, yet lingering on the edges of dusk. The trees bow their heads, Caught in the golden embrace, As the day exhales its final breath, And stars awaken, yawning bright. In this moment, time stands still, A heartbeat of color, Where the sky sings of possibilities, And the sun, a lover, departs gently.
