Whispers of the Woods
Through the emerald shade I roam,
Where ancient trees hold stories untold.
Each leaf a whisper, quiet and soft,
In the breeze they twirl and fold.
Sunlight dapples the forest floor,
As shadows play, a gentle tease.
Nature's hymn, a symphony more,
As whispers of leaves dance in the breeze.
A pathway weaves like a winding thought,
Inviting the soul to pause and breathe.
In the forest's heart, I am caught,
Lost in the magic that weaves and weaves.
Whispers of the Woods
Footsteps soft on mossy carpet,
Where ancient trees in silence stand,
Each step a note, a tender sonnet,
A love letter to the land.
Sunlight filters through the canopy,
Dancing lightly on the ground,
In this realm of emerald majesty,
Nature's pulse is all around.
Beneath the ferns, where shadows linger,
The forest breathes, its secret kept,
With every sound, a gentle finger,
To guide us where the wild things slept.
In whispers low, the trail invites,
A symphony of life unfolds,
And in the heart of this green site,
A tapestry of stories told.
Sunlit Whispers
Along the forest path I tread,
Where ancient trees rise up in grace,
Through emerald leaves, soft light is shed,
In golden beams, the shadows race.
Each step a dance with nature's breath,
The hush of woodlands, secrets spun,
In sunlit spots, I taste of life,
A fleeting moment, truly won.
The canopy a woven dream,
Of sunlight’s kiss on mossy stone,
In this embrace, my spirit gleams,
The forest whispers, I am home.
