Defiant Dandelions
Amidst the roar as shadows loom, The thunder’s cry, the air a tomb. Yet, with each gust, a golden flame, Dandelions, unwavering, stake their claim. Their seeds take flight on tempest's wing, Braving the chaos that storms may bring. In wild embrace of wind and rain, They dance the dance of joy and pain. Rooted deep with fierce resolve, In nature's heart, they ne’er dissolve. Though storms may rage, they stand their ground, In petals bright, resilience found.
Plucked Joys
Tiny hands pluck, in the midday sun, Laughter like petals, dancing, they run. Golden blooms whisper, secrets untold, Childhood in giggles, more precious than gold. Windswept wishes, each puff a delight, Fragile and fleeting, they take to the flight. In fields of dandelions, time stands so still, For joy is the harvest, and hearts it will fill.
