Trembling Hands
In shadows deep where echoes dwell, A heart beats quiet, under a spell. Trembling hands grip tight the night, As whispers rise, obscured from sight. Each pulse a tide, a wave of dread, Yet still they seek where angels tread. With every breath, the fear takes flight, In courage found, the dark ignites. So step I forth, through veils of gray, With trembling hands, I clear the way. For in the heart, a fire glows, Courage blooms, as courage grows.
Against the Gale
In tempest's roar, where shadows loom, I find my strength amidst the gloom. With heart ablaze, I meet the night, For courage blooms within my sight. The winds may howl, the skies may weep, But in my soul, a promise deep. I'll stand my ground, unbowed, unbreak, In every storm, my spirit wakes. With steadfast heart, like ancient trees, I sway but never yield to breeze. For in the chaos, fiercer I soar, Defying fate, I seek to explore. So let the thunder roll and rage, I'll write my story on this stage. For in the eye, where stillness sings, I find the power that courage brings.
