The Fruity Parade
In a sunny town of whimsy and cheer,
Fruits donned their hats, oh what a sight here!
An apple in top hat, so dapper and spry,
A banana in beret, waving sweetly "Hi!"
Pineapple plumed with feathers so bright,
Danced with the grapes, all twinkly and light.
Oranges in bonnets, so bold and so round,
Joined the parade with a zesty sound.
Strawberries twirled in berets made of cream,
While blueberries bounced, oh, how they did gleam!
The kiwi wore spectacles, wise and bemused,
While watermelon dazzled in rainbow-infused.
Together they frolicked, a quirky brigade,
In hats of all colors, their joy unafraid.
So remember this tale, next time you chew,
Fruits are quite merry, in hats just for you!
Brewed Banter
In a café corner, beans convene,
Whispering tales, both bitter and keen.
Espresso shots and lattes swirl,
Gossiping blends in a steamy whirl.
A frothy cappuccino shakes with delight,
As dark roast beans share secrets at night.
"Did you hear about the mocha's charm?"
"Oh yes, she’s brewing up quite the calm!"
With each pour, friendships deepen, aglow,
Strong brews bonding, putting on quite a show.
Laughter spills over like cream on the top,
In the world of coffee, the fun never stops.
Cookie Caper
In the jar where secrets lie,
Cookies crinkle, oh my, oh my!
Chocolate chips in a cheerful dance,
Whispers of sprinkles, come take a chance.
One bites in, and off they go,
Crumbling laughter, stealing the show.
Floury faces, a giggly mess,
Who knew cookies could bring such sweetness?
With each crumb that falls to the floor,
We share our smiles, then ask for more.
In the warmth of their scent, we find our glee,
For joy is a cookie, as fun as can be!
