Gratitude's Embrace
In morning light, the dew drops gleam, A tender kiss, the world’s sweet dream. The rustle of leaves, the songbird's cheer, In simple moments, I hold you near. A child's laughter, a stranger's smile, Each little joy goes the extra mile. The whisper of wind, the sun's warm glow, My grateful heart learns to let love flow. Thankful am I for the skies so vast, For here in the present, I hold my past. With open arms and a spirit free, Life’s simple blessings mean everything to me.
Reflections at Dusk
As daylight fades to whispering hues, The sunset skies ignite the news, With every shade that dances near, My thankful heart beats bright and clear. In strands of gold and crimson bright, I find my peace, my soul's delight, For nature's brush, it paints anew, The dreams within, the hopes I view. Each ray that kisses earth's embrace, A gentle touch, a warm, soft face, I gather blessings, one by one, In twilight's glow, my heart's undone. So here's my prayer as day dissolves, In vibrant skies, my spirit resolves, With every pulse, I find my part, In sunset skies, I weave my heart.
