Shrines of Self
In mirrors framed with golden light, They kneel before their polished guise, Each glance a prayer, each smile a rite, Worshipping the self beneath the skies. Their hearts are shrines of endless praise, With candles lit for every flaw, Adoring echoes fill the maze, A dance with shadows that withdraw. In solitude, their thoughts entwine, A gospel writ in fleeting grace, Yet in this chapel, so divine, They lose the warmth of love’s embrace.
Reflections of a Fleeting Muse
In silken frames we capture light, A moment's glance, a fleeting sight. With fingers poised, we paint our grace, In glassy realms, we find our place. A smile, a tilt, the perfect pose, Yet time, it whispers, all beauty goes. Each pixel formed, a fragile dream, In mirrors bright, we chase the gleam. Yet as we scroll, the heart may sigh, For truth lies deeper, beyond the eye. In every flash, we seek to hold, A story rich, yet left untold.
