Whispers in the Canopy
Beneath the ancient branches' sweep, Where shadows thick and secrets keep, In dappled light, the world feels free, A sanctuary 'neath the trees. The whispering leaves, a gentle song, In their embrace, the heart grows strong. A refuge from the hurried race, In nature's arms, we find our place. The roots run deep, the time stands still, With every breath, a cooling thrill. So here I dwell, in nature's weave, Beneath the trees, I truly believe.
Sentinels of Time
In silent woods where shadows play, Tall trees endure through night and day. As seasons shift with colors bright, They stand as sentinels of light. Emerald crowns in spring's warm breath, In summer's sway, they conquer death. Autumn's gold and crimson hues, Whisper tales in every bruise. Winter’s chill, they bow but bend, Roots hold firm, though branches send A dance of snow, a silent grace, They weather storms, an ancient race. Through every change, they rise and weave, A tapestry of life, believe. Though seasons flee on fleeting wings, The steadfast trees embrace all things.
